This free session introduces the features of the new Commence RM 3.5.2 release. This version will include the addition of Business Process Automation, a powerful new automation tool for efficiently managing routine tasks, conditional processing, branching to other business processes, and managing time delayed events. This new Business Process tool takes “Agent Technology” to a whole new level and can provide automation of numerous tasks, such as drip marketing programs, e-mail correspondence, service ticket management, and the printing of formatted letters.
The key enhancements are discussed followed by a demonstration of Business Processes to show how they can be used in your own Commence application.
